Some good news from our insurance broker. He’s negotiated the premium for the homestead back down fro $6000 to around $3000 (it was $2800 last year). The cottage has only gone up by about $200 too.
Karola did more tree planting. Apart from getting a bit of firewood in near the cottage I spent most of the day indoors.
