Gill Flies Home

Karola’s sheep are keen for a bit more grass and two of them have ducked through the electric fence into the un-grazed area. Karola moved all the ewes into a fresh area before more could get bad habits about getting through the electric fence.

Around lunch time we took Gill to the airport and she caught her plane back to Wellington.

I did another hour of windbreak pruning. Karola went into town with Bramble.

In the evening we had roast ducks – wild ducks provided by Rowena’s family – and watched a film called Fierce Creatures – a sort-of follow-on to A Fish Called Wanda.
