Chilly and overcast. Karola, Bramble and I spent the day out at Days Bay, pottering around. Late afternoon, we three set off for Wellington and another visit to see Mary at Sprott House. Afterwards we went over to Seatoun and picked up Gill – dropping off some bits and pieces we’d brought down from Hastings for her – and went out to dinner at the Beach Babylon restaurant in Oriental Bay. Not too noisy and very pleasant meal.
